Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of SocialShoppee(the "Platform"), operated by Mind Vision Software Solutions, a sole proprietorship based in India. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. What SocialShoppee is

SocialShoppee is a content platform where creators publish shopping deals and buying guides that link to products on third-party marketplaces (such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra and others). We are an independent content service and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an agent of those marketplaces.

2. Accounts & creators

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Creators publish content using their own affiliate accounts. Any affiliate commission is earned directly from the relevant marketplace or affiliate network — SocialShoppee is not a party to that commission and does not collect or pay it.
• You are solely responsible for complying with the terms of every affiliate programme you use (including required disclosures and prohibited-channel rules).

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to post content that is unlawful, misleading, spammy, infringing, or that violates any marketplace or affiliate-network policy. We may remove content and suspend accounts that breach these Terms.

4. Prices & product information

Prices, availability and product details are set by third-party marketplaces and can change at any time. We do not guarantee that any price or offer shown or described is current. Always check the final price on the marketplace before purchasing.

5. Paid services

We offer optional paid services to creators — the Pro plan (monthly or annual), credit top-up packs, the custom-domain add-on and featured placement. Payments are processed by our payment partner. Paid services are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you publish and grant SocialShoppee a licence to host, display and promote it on the Platform. The SocialShoppee name, design and software remain our property.

7. User content, moderation & takedown

You are responsible for the content you publish and must have the right to use any images, text or product information you upload. We may review, moderate, edit or remove content that we reasonably believe breaches these Terms or any law or marketplace policy. If you believe content on the Platform infringes your rights, email support@socialshoppee.com with details and we will act on valid requests promptly.

8. Third-party links & marketplaces

The Platform contains affiliate links to third-party marketplaces. Your purchase, delivery, returns and warranty are entirely between you and that marketplace or seller, and are governed by their terms. We do not sell any products directly and are not responsible for the products, offers, prices or service of any third party.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Platform and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, misuse the service, or where required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers and liability) will continue to apply.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mind Vision Software Solutions from any claims, damages or costs arising out of your content, your use of the Platform, or your breach of these Terms or of any affiliate-network or marketplace policy.

11. Disclaimers & liability

The Platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mind Vision Software Solutionsis not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for purchases you make on third-party marketplaces. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Changes & governing law
