This Privacy Policy explains how SocialShoppee("we") collects and uses information when you use SocialShoppee. We respect your privacy and only collect what we need to run the service.
Information we collect
- Account data — your email address and, for creators, your chosen handle, display name, bio and the affiliate IDs you add.
- Content — the deals and articles you publish.
- Usage & analytics — pages viewed, clicks on deal links, and general device/browser data, collected via cookies and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) to understand and improve the service.
- Payment data — if you purchase a paid service, payments are handled by our payment partner. We receive confirmation of payment but do not store your full card details.
How we use it
- To operate the Platform, publish your content, and show creators their analytics.
- To process paid services and prevent abuse (including AI-usage limits and spam/duplicate checks).
- To communicate important service updates.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share limited data with service providers who help us run the Platform (hosting, database, analytics, payment processing), only as needed to provide the service. Outbound links take you to third-party marketplaces governed by their own privacy policies.
Cookies
We use cookies for sign-in sessions and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your account information, or request deletion of your data, by emailing support@socialshoppee.com. We retain data only as long as needed to provide the service or comply with the law.
