The energy monitoring feature is an eye-opener. The app shows current wattage, daily consumption graphs, and historical data. You can actually see how much power your microwave or heater pulls during peak use. If you are trying to cut down on your monthly electricity bill, seeing the actual units consumed per appliance makes a huge difference.

Schedules, timers, and voice control

I have set a simple morning schedule: geyser turns on at 6:30 AM and cuts off automatically at 7:00 AM. Even if I am running late, I don't have to stress about wasting power. Voice commands through Google Assistant or Alexa work quickly with negligible lag. It also supports Apple Home, which is rare for smart plugs in this bracket.

Things to keep in mind

The plug body is on the bulkier side. If your switchboard has two large sockets right next to each other, this might slightly crowd the adjacent switch. Also, like most smart devices, it needs a stable 2.4GHz Wi-Fi connection to respond reliably without going offline.
